Gunfight On A Dirty Street, (Western Fiction, Part 1)

It was high noon, in 1880, in the Old Town Of Tucson, shortly after the Gunfight at the OK Corral, when Marshal Jack Reese, was sitting in his office, and was cleaning his six shooter, when suddenly, Ruby, who was one of the "Ladies of the Saloon, (and might I add), "Of the night" ran into the Marshals office yelling to the top of her lungs, "Marshal, Duke is in the saloon again, drunker than a skunk, and he's disrupting our show, you gotta make him stop, arrest him or something"!! "Ok, Ok," said the Marshal, "Is Lil in there today"? "Yes" said Ruby, "But we need you over there RIGHT NOW, he is breakin' up things, people are leaving, you need to get him out of there"! The marshal said "Hummm, Duke you say"? "Yes" she yelled, "C'mon". So the marshal holstered his six-shooter, and then headed over to the Grand Palace Hotel and Saloon. As they were approaching the saloon, the marshal heard Duke throwing chairs, and yelling, "C'mon you yella bellies, do something about it, hey Jake, what are you lookin' at"?
The marshal picked up Duke's six shooter, and thought for a minute, "I'll tell you what, you have two choices, one, go to jail, or get out of town, and I don't want to see your face in my town again, so which will it be?" "I'll leave," said Duke, "Do I get my gun back?" The marshal emptied the six-shooter, and threw it on the ground at Duke's feet, "Now pick it up, get on your horse, and get!" Duke bent down, holstered his gun, and walked over to his horse, and mounted it, and as he turned to head out of town, the marshal heard him say, "This ain't over marshal, not by long shot, I WILL see you again!" The marshal just grinned, "We'll see Duke, we'll see!" The marshal had received threats like this before from Duke, they don't mean nothin'or do they

Is this fiction or a memory from a former life?hahahahahah I think a little of both...I want to try my hand at fiction writing, I'll make this a 3 parter....we'll see how it turns out, (theres a robbery involved, and some pretty serious shootouts, and all sorts of action...) we'll see how it ends....Thanks for the read, I really appreciate it buddy....how is the wife doin? good I hope....and same for you.
