To All of Humanity

Beauty is all around us,
oh can't you see?
God's sculptured everyone,
including you and me.

I never try to stereotype,
this my friends is true,
because unto his own likeness,
is how he made me and you.

Flawless, yet imperfect,
this is all a fact,
if we were all that perfect,
would we really know how to act?

How do we differ,
from one person to the other,
it is of no consequence,
to our heavenly father.

So if you see something different,
in the way someone may appear,
don't stare or try to criticize,
don't laugh, and please don't sneer.

For if we were all perfect,
what a dull world this would be,
I like to be really different,
I just like being me!

For in his very own likeness,
it's like I said before,
is how he created us,
and this I so adore.

So if I am white, or black, or yellow,
I could care less it's true,
so whatever you think of me my friend,
Just know that I love you!

If I am skinny, or even plump,
and don't have the best physique,
I know who made me, my heavenly father,
and he thinks I'm neat!

We need to remember my friends it's true,
who made us all this way,
God loves each and everyone of us,
every minute of each day!

This is cool and says so much! Wouldn't it be even cooler if sin had never entered the world and that image of God that we were created in hadn't gotten tarnished? But this poem does show that God likes variety; we can all be thankful for that.

Keep writing, Gary.
